I'm a lumberjack
And I'm ok
I sleep all night and I work all day
(He's a lumberjack
And he's ok
He sleeps all night and he works all day)

I cut down trees
I eat my lunch
I go to the lavatry'
On Wednesdays I go shopping
and have buttered scones for tea
(He cuts down trees

I cut down trees
I skip and jump
I like to press wild flowers
I put on womens' clothing and hang around in bars

I'm a lumberjack

I sleep all night and I work all day
I cut down trees
I wear high heels
Suspendies' and a bra
I wish I'd been a girly
Just like my dear pa-pa

He wears high heels?)

Post away if you have any macros that fill in the gaps. Especially /castsequence macros that you find work well.

Nevermind. Some people are impossible to please, lol.

urgh /click should only be used when you need to extend your macros beyond a certain length. Anyone using /click with Macro extending addons are just adding unneeded complexity. I see at least one /click macro with macaroon which is completely pointless, though I concede it may be useful for those using the default UI or other bar mods.

/click is also useful for timing spells with a cooldowns and triggering proc-based spells. I can also see the point of doing this with Macroon. What if it breaks or is no longer developed? You have to rewrite everything. I think it's wise to plan macros and your setup to function apart from addons. I was very dependant on a Warlock addon and I was useless for about a week after it was broken by 2.0.

I guess mine are not so sofisticated but I think they are working for 18 or so Shaman:

Button 1 (setup press once):

/assist Samdeathwkzz
/cast Call of the Elements
/startattack

Button 2 (aoe spam):

/target Samdeathwkzz
/castrandom Chain Heal, Chain Heal,,
/castsequence reset=combat Chain Heal, Fire Nova Totem, War Stomp, Chain Heal, Chain Heal
/assist
/startattack

I don't want to have all 18 casting war stomp at the same time so I try and use the castrandom to mix it up. Call of the Elements also uses the Fire Nova Totem. I dont have Thunderstorm yet ...

Or Button 2 (single target spam):

/assist Samdeathwkzz
/cast Lightning Bolt
/startattack

/castsequence Spell1.................
/castsequence Spell2..........................................
/castsequence Spell3......
etc
Works exactly the same way - the only problem with this is the macro length which is not an issue with macaroon

Take my Shaman Macro

/stopmacro [target=mouseover, help, nodead]
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0;
/cast blood fury
/cast elemental mastery
/castsequence reset=combat Flame Shock,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence reset=combat Lava Burst,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,
/cast lightning bolt
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1;
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

Sure you could split that into 4 /click macros but if you use macaroon/ISBoxer/Super Duper Macro/Bind Pad etc etc etc there is no point

The extra commas are for timing purposes just need a metronome so yer consistent :P

/castsequence reset=combat Faerie Fire,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

instead of this I would do this

/castsequence reset=target Faerie Fire,null

Its stop at null reset on new target.

Would do the same thing for hunters mark

I'm not sure why you'd want to /click healing macros.....

I have a /click healing macro to take advantage of Art of War procs (which makes Flash of Light an instant heal) on my ret palies (targetted to heal my Prot pally main). I use it situationally in PvP - it lets me keep my main's health topped up when I don't have time to stop and cast a Flash of Light or Holy Light (mainly in BG's / WG), while letting my Rets keep dps'ing.

Once the main is back at full health, I swtich to the other macro where Art of War procs are used for Exorcisms. ;)

Cheers,
S.

Yes, it is true. You CAN use /click for this purpose. Please read the post before trying to see who can piss the farthest. The purpose of this is to compile BOTH /click and /castsequence macros for people to use.

Eh.. you should have linked to the original posts instead of copying the macros in your post. Now if someone updates a macro in one of the specific macro threads, this post will no longer be up to date.

The point was to compile useful macros for those who were looking for them. Some of these are in the middle of threads 10-12 pages long. With the exception of Fur, people don't generally go back and update their macros.
