I think you'll find Xzin is focusing on one of his other projects, ones that make money if you read other threads asking where he has disappeared too.

I believe the story goes something like this:

Xzin multiboxes for along time, Xzin makes Warlord on his Priest and 4 Mages. Xzin is a fairly unique snowflake.

TBC hits, Xzin has been preparing to 10 box, and even considered 40 boxing - prepares some of the hardware but doesn't do it.

Xzin levels his Priest and 4 Warlocks, gets to around level 45. The PTR hits and we have some of the best premades we've had availible yet. Xzin decides to test out his 10 box, and his two 5 box teams in Arena.

Issues with lag, epic flying mounts, disappointment at the damage output, lack of viability of 4 warlocks/priest and 4 mages/priest in arena and the announcment of the same old shit rehashed in WoTLK make Xzin realise he wants to dedicate his time to something that actually makes money vs eats it all - and if your no longer having fun, why continue?

Thats pretty much what I know from what I remember of various posts.

I think I am, as usual, going to have to build a custom one to spec.

But that sort of sums it up Slats. A bit more than that of course, but those were certainly driving factors.

If I roll again, I will prob roll 4 - 5 shammys. Depends on how the expansion changes things.

Magtheridon misses you. Every day I get at least 5 people asking me if I'm "Xzin". The little people have spoken, they want the original Mag multiboxer back.

Pseudo off-topic one of these days I'm going to be in a strange mood and I may just let people believe I'm you.... Anything I should know, favorite color, hobbies, guilds you hate, do you dance for people, to gank or not to gank?

And this may just be part of an elaborate strategy for the community to further get to know our Xzin.

Yeah noone said the alliance were too awful bright ;p But I think you just basically got your name associated with multiboxing in general and people would rather yell ZINS than "MULTIBOXERS" due to laziness/famousness :p

That and as long as I can remember any time a multiboxer was found(The Disease guys, ebola & co, oathbreaker etc) in general channel everyone always calls them zins, it's an evolution of naming :p

They call many 'actions' by the most popular brand that sells that product.

I have only had that once, playing BG9 'Live' Battlegrounds on my Priests/Paladin and some guy /yelled 'We have a Zin in our BG!' and some other guy is like /y 'What the fuck is a Zin, who is a Zin'

All I could think in my head was, you rude pricks that is not how you spell his name!

Then I was like hang on that isn't even his real name and I'm like WHAT IS HIS REAL NAME.

The few people who knew what multiboxing was before I came strolling along usually assumed I was Xzin. I was at least five boxing, so it made a small inkling of sense coming from minds capable of very little critical thinking.

I have not played in a few months although as you can see, I keep up with things.

I have been quite busy IRL with several major projects going on at once. The good news is several will finally be put into place in Feb. The bad news is that once they all get started, I will have even less time to devote to WoW.

But, I love what I do.

Maybe I will come back when WoTLK comes out.... we will see. For now, well.... this kind of sums things up.

Another avenue from WoW could be Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

I plan to box as many copies as my computer can handle (3 I'm thinking, 4 would be nice).

Warhammer is much more built around PvP, so Multiboxing it would be that much more satisfying!

Its going through some revamps right now.

It's created on along the same style of play as DAoC (as the creators are the same). DAoC was a pretty successful MMO, and I don't think Games Workshop would let a shitty product with their name and figures out on the market.

I'm hoping it will be good, as I'm banking my future entertainment on it, because WoW is/has died for me.

Who knows, tho.

I didn't get into Beta (stinking closed Betas).

Yes indeed. I have 1 major project that should be signed mid Feb. Then 3 more smaller ones waiting on that one.

In the middle of all of this, I am preparing to move.... which means taking down my entire setup and putting it all up again.

Fortunately, I can take that time to make some improvements. Not sure if I will be back for WoTLK or not though. Maybe. Depends on what I deem to be the most fun use of my time.
