With the healing totems down,
Can 4 elemental shammies dps and top up heal in instances with a prot spec warrior in the group?
pew pew heal pew pew or even have it go like this:
Do a cast sequence like this
Shammie 1 - Healing Wave Tank----Lightning Bolt-----------Lightning Bolt
Shammie 2 - Lightning Bolt-----------Healing Wave Tank----Lightning Bolt
Shammie 3 - Lightning Bolt-----------Lightning Bolt-----------Healing Wave Tank
Shammie 4 - Lightning Bolt-----------Lightning Bolt-----------Lightning Bolt
etc etc etc

So I could just do the lightning bolt and then have all 4 shammies use a lower rank heal to make the tank go from xx% health up to 100% without over healing right?

The less control you have over your characters, the less effective you will be. Using those macros would leave you overhealing or underhealing more often than not. I would suggest this setup:
Spec 3 elemental, and 1 resto. Play the resto sham directly. Use this macro for healing:
/cast [target=mouseover] lesser healing wave
Make similar macros for your other healing spells. That way you can heal without changing targets, and can easily spam lightning bolt with the other three shams.

This was exactly my plan for when my current setup started failing me. Or swap in a Holy/Disc Priest, as I have a 68 on standby. :)
I've raided like this with my priest...fun stuff XD

The primary macros for my 1xPally 4xShaman setup are:
MHeal: Main heal. For me this is currently a downranked Healing Wave. I use the rank that will heal closest to 20-25% of the pally's HP.
FHeal: Fast heal. Currently lesser healing wave; whatever rank will heal 15-20% of the pally's HP.
DPS: main damage spell (lightning bolt). Target is the focus's target.
The healing spell macros use conditional breaks to cast on any targeted friendly first, otherwise on focus.
Most of the time my focus is the pally tank, but if she were ever to die (I need to test this at some point), I can switch focus to whoever has aggro and try to recover. The 'if friendly is targeted' case lets me press 'F1' and quickly have each sham self-heal for bosses that do unavoidable AoE damage. Then I can clear their targets or set them to an enemy, so their heals land on the tank again.
FHeal is bound to the '9' key and DPS is bound to the '-' key for all four shams. On two of the shams, '=' is bound to DPS, and on the other two it's bound to 'MHeal'.
Normally I just chain-cast lightning bolt by pressing '-'. When the pally actually needs healing, I hit '=' instead, and two of the shams cast healing wave rather than lightning bolt. If the situation is serious, I hit '9' so they all cast a fast heal on the pally.
It's working really well in instances so far, though I'm still a ways from 70.

just bind lesser healign wave on all caracters and heal wen your tanks at 50% or use healing totems (ther totaly stand alone with lvl 70 ewpix btw(that is ~1000+ healing))
