Am I the only one who noticed that you don't need to have done the Argent Tournament rep grind to buy these?

Am I the only one who noticed that you don't need to have done the Argent Tournament rep grind to buy these?

IIRC they were available on the PTR for 40 heroic badges, so no surprise. ;)

Ah, I feel silly now. I was sure that I'd read you needed to have done the rep grind. Oh well....move along :)
