Which epic totem slot to use?

With the emblem changes, all of us non-raiders now have access to two new epic totems:

Thunderfall Totem

and

Totem of Hex

I'm debating on which one I want - I've seen PVP elemental shaman wearing either one and I've seen people up to 2500 rating wearing the totem of hex, but of course they weren't multiboxing.

Ideas?

I think the totem of hex is the best because it's bringing 150 sp to 2 spells that we use instead of 200 to lavaburst which Is nice but it has a CD so u don't get the benifit as u would from multiple chain l and lb..

But with the extra sp to the lavaburst you do a little more damage to maybe put that annoying priest with shields over the edge from 90%-dead instead of 90%-10% then like crazy op heal shield then fear lol.. It's really what u need more for. If u ever do pve go for the hex because the helps with mobs (chainlightning) adding more damage to that aoe stuff

This, for PvP. I am currently working on getting Totem of Hex via badges on my shammies. I thought I saw a new Haste Totem for Triumph (the insult dog) Badges?

For only 25xEoT is doable but will take a while only doing Daily Heroic (2 EoT per). But I doubt random haste proc will ever match base damage increase.

Thunderfall totem is lightyears better, totem of hex is borderline useless in pvp. Not sure what kind of gypsy logic you guys are using to think otherwise. 90% of my kills in arena come from my LvB combo, Thunderfall boost that combos effectiveness by a lot, your very very very seldom going to kill anything with CL or LB in an arena. In a bg its really whatever as noones getting heals from anywhere most of the time, but LvB is still your most deadly combo, you need to boost it in every way you can, LB and CL are just fillers in pvp.
