If there a way to cast Blizzard, rain of fire? I am 5 boxing and would like to cast these but have not figured out how to do it from my paladin tank window

You need a mouse broadcasting application - many can do it, from my point of View Innerspace does it best. I haven't had any problems mouse broadcasting since I switched!

Hotkeynet mouse broadcasting works very well. Running 5 moonkins I often need to do AoE (hurricane, force of nature) and it works like a charm. You can even set your system up where you click on an area from your tank window and it sends a click to hear on your healer.

You can use both if you want. That's how I started off. Used keyclone at first. Then I switched to keyclone and HKN for better window swapping.. Now I am fully HKN. HKN was a little confusing at first but I took the time to learn the intricacies of HKN. It really is very customizable. Glad i took the time to figure it out.

Yup, if you want to script use HotKeyNet... if you want an easy setup like KeyClone go with Innerspace and ISBoxer.

Hotkeynet, Keyclone and InnerSpace will all do this for you. I used hotkeynet for 8 months (loved it) before switching to InnerSpace partly b/c AOE ground targeting is so good.

The main different with hotkeynet/keyclone and InnerSpace+ISBoxer, is that with the HKN/KeyClone you get mouse click broadcasting (only the click is broadcast) and with ISboxer I now get mouse broadcasting (the mouse is broadcast in each window - when i move my mouse down in the main, i see the ground target moving down in all the other windows). I get a lot more accuracy. Not sure if HKN or KeyClone can do true mouse broadcasting ... may not be an issue for you if you don't need to worry about precise ground targetting though ... I run a pally,priest,3xmage so it works great for me.
