when i was lvling my dks i had it happen to me over and over had to keep taking them off and putting them back on

Ah... reckon that explains why my 5 shammies, who were all parked at 70, were spread over the best part of a level by the time the first dinged 80!

I'm pretty sure this happens to everyone, with both the pvp and pve shoulders, i have both.
I've been looking closely at it for past few hours it has happened 4 times....Just makes me wonder how many people aren't getting their experience boost, since if You're single boxing you have no way to tell.

Been using the shoulders on my hunters from 70 to 80. Worked like a charm, they all dinged 80 at the same time. So: /shrug

That probably explains why one of my toons keeps getting behind on xp. I have to do a collection quest on him every 4-5 levels so he can keep up.
