10m naxx question. [Archive]

So i 5 boxed a naxx run last night for the first time just to see what bosses i could get down. Went alot better than i thought. We got arachnid and plague down plus patchwerk before we called it a night. minimal wipes. my question is though with running dk tank and 4 ele shams what would be the best way to complete grobbulus. i know my toons are gunna be getting the debuff like crazy so it will be hard to dps and turn them to keep them with the boss since the room is so big. I cant just stand in middle and turn them though that would be ideal. Plus with my tank having to pick up adds its just seems like alot. IF anyone has downed this boss and has some good strat i could try would be appreciated.

I setup PowerAuras on my slaves with a HUGE icon for the injection so it was really really easy to see which toon got it. As Fur suggests - Click to Move and just getting away from everyone else ASAP is the way to go.

This and the Thaddius fights really forced me to step up my multi-toon awareness.

random suggestions:
Can you take over tanking the boss and have the other tank pickup adds? Then you only have to worry about walking him around the circle
set your alts /assist to another DPS toon in teh raid and work with them to ensure that the right target is getting burned

all of that is possible and ill probably be giving them all a try. if i can get him down i think the rest up to sapph will be easy. Will also have to find a better way to do safety dance mob ended up 2 manning it my tank dk and holy pally. took like 30 minutes. Very fun stuff tho dont know why i didnt try sooner. Ill get some screen shots next time

i was watching the 10 boxer just ignore the skeles. my dps is pretty good on my shamans about 2800-3k each dont know how much you really need to ignore them but usualy have a boomkin and a destro lock as other 2 dps. Since i usualy take all ranged dps wont have to worry about moving grobb so much which makes it so much easier. well see what happens.
