I love leveling ....
Though I can't ever imaging leveling non-multi-boxed again, I've taken too many alts through every aspect of the game already :)

make sure that you're doing as many quests as possible... simply grinding mobs is a BAD idea for boxing.

Prefer leveling to end game any day. :(
And instances to leveling. :)

Doing instances is fun *g*

warlocks arnt as overpowered as they used to be now they are pretty balanced, yes they have an imba arena spec but it gets nerfed every single patch.

It's been pretty bearable since the exp patch; I'm an altoholic and have gone through literally hundreds of chars and follow the same lvling/questing path on all of 'em; post-patch my shamen were WAAAAAAAAAY ahead of my usual path, not even touching wetlands by 30 and not finished with darkshire either when, at 30, I'm usually struggling to find anything questable so I can ding and turn in the entire Green Hills quest at once(which I didn't do till 35 this time either)
And lord, the new dustwallow marsh questing is crazy good exp. I gained no less than 4 or 5 lvls going through the quests there that afternoon alone.
Currently 41 and still barely touched the first couple STV quests, not run any instances besides 1 Gnomer run and 2 SM Library runs and still have plenty to work with; I dunno what's so hard about it now, it's easier than ever :p Just abuse every quest you can, skip the low-drop ones(SCREW YOU, HEADLESS SOUTHSHORE MURLOCS!) and abuse rested exp as much as possible ;p
So questing is the way to go? what about if i have a 70 run my guys through instances?

As discussed elsewhere on this forum, having a 70 run your lowbies through instances is an enormous boost in leveling speed but you'll learn nothing about playing the character or the team as a whole.
Having said that, I personally prefer to use my 70 mage to AoE the living (and undead, actually) crap out of instances until level 40 just so I don't *ever* have to run around without mounts when I do actually quest!!
After that, it's instances for the quests, to gear up a bit, and for money, and non-instance quests to actually level.
Trying to level a team purely in instances in Outland is just plain silly in my opinion, having tried it for myself, but that is BY FAR where you'll learn most about your team.
Balance is the key. Pure questing, even if you ignore the mind-numbing collection quests, will have you slitting your wrists because it's just dull, and pure instancing will have you slitting your wrists because of the sheer time it takes to level beyond a certain point.
edit: correct pre-cofee-stream-of-consciousness-ramble /sigh
Dont worry about your coffee stream of consciouses. Thanks for the help. Problem solved :)
