Anyone consider this before? There are a few programs out there that do this with WoW. You say the commands, it presses the keys. Just plug a headset into the 2nd computer, give it a few commands to work with, and off you go.

I can easily think of 15+ commands that I'd want my pocket priest to do at any time, from follow to offensive spells to healing me & the pet & himself, renew, shield, etc.

I have a G15, but I rarely use it while playing, I prefer a N52 and MX1000 mouse instead. Either way, it can get pretty hectic trying to remember all those bindings. And my warlock main alone will probably have 4 full bars of keybindings by himself. Would be a lot easier to just speak "Follow me, heal pet, shield pet, renew, etc"

Here's an example of such a program:

I want/need 100% accuracy. Dying to a missed heal.....ehh.

Maybe for less critical items (buffs, etc).

Not a bad idea, but I can imagine the look on my wife’s face as I yell frantically in to a mic “Divine Shield, Hearth Stone, HEARTH STONE!!!”

Does anyone else who uses this feel stupid when they keep repeating the same thing over and over and over? Its very helpful, but sometimes I just feel stupid lol.

I have tried voice recognition. I find it to be about 95 - 98% accurate once trained.

Which means in a typical 5 minute span it screws up something like 10 times.

Which doesn't work for me.

Plus, after a while - your voice gets raspy and it starts to hurt to talk.

Not a bad idea.. then again it'd mean sacrificing voice coms and relying on a steady voice rather than the ability to hit the right keys - both causing issues for me due to allergies and my secondary keyboard being too far away.

If I were to set up a 3rd account, however, I suppose it'd be a whole lot simpler than growing a 3rd arm..
