Unable to connect...

I've been out for a couple of days...did something happen?

I'm unable to connect even though my realm shows up....it's been happening since last night.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

it was happening to me before i merged my account to a battle.net account
now i haven't had any problems for the last 2 weeks.

Blizzard's login servers have been fail for the past few weeks. give it a few mins and try again.

They had a notice up last night that there were issues with the authenticator and it would go down for bouts of around 15min or so. Just said they were working on it and to try again later.

I believe Bnet authenticators and non-Bnet authenticators are different so wouldn't surprise me that Bnet doesn't break down as much being newer.

It is sheer coincidence. There are lots of people that have been merged for a while that have trouble logging in.

I myself have not been able to play the game for the past 3 days.

Interesting coincidence...

Let me paraphrase my story that happened a few days ago when I had trouble logging in. Here are the facts:
1. 4 of my 5 accts were already "battled" up.
2. the 5 account gets booted (WTF)
3. I tried for half an hour to get him logged in. Everytime it would kick me back to login screen when it attempted to retreive my characters on my server.
4. I read post on WoW forums to make it a battlenet acct.
5. immediately after converting to battlent I was able to log in. Not 5 secs later, immediately tabbed over to wow window and hit enter.

Strange coincidence isnt it?
