After poking around here I've noticed a few people talkin about optimized drivers.
So yeah, as the subject says.
I'm currently using Vista 64bit and a GeForce 7600 GS - 512 Megs RAM(I want to upgrade. I do!)
I'm wondering if there are any drivers that'll work better then the "normal" ones.
I have 2 monitors at the moment (finally got the widescreen)
Acer P221W (22in widescreen)
ViewSonic G90fb (19in CRT)
I currently am using the 19 in to run things in window mode.
Just wondering if there's a better way to do it, and mainly some better drivers.
I get about 30 FPS even on my solo set up.
2 Gigs RAM
Intel Core2Duo 2.4 Ghz
GeForce 7600 GS - 512 Megs RAM
--Edit2: I can't count my RAM right. :)
I've tried running WoW at a bunch of different resolutions and before I would get 50+. Now I get about 30 +/- .
I seen someone mention Guru3D and I did a few google searches, but I'm not sure what I'm really lookin at. Everyone here's pretty knowledgeable when it comes to this kind of thing it seems. :)
/Ramble off
Edit:
I just downloaded the newest from the nVidia site. They just came out with new ones on 12/20 (4 days ago) maybe i'll see a difference. :)
