Hey all,

I just started the RaF/dual boxing deal and I love it. I was browsing the forums and I came across people mentioning that different payment methods/names can get your accounts banned. I tried using the search feature but I didn't find anything to answer my specific question, which is as follows:

I have my main account, and my trial (soon to be regular+TBC) account. Both accounts have the same name, address, etc. The only difference between the two will be that I will want to pay through a pre-paid game time card on the 2nd (trial) account; whereas my main account is paid for monthly. Will the two different payment methods arouse suspicion and possibly result in banning my account(s)?

Oh and my main account has WotLK, and my 2nd account will only be up to TBC; will this also potentially cause problems?

Sorry if I missed an 'already answered' thread, and thank you in advanced for answers and replies!

Nope your fine. By different pay methods people mean your using 2 credit cards each under a different name to pay for the accounts.

iv had some experiance around this..
me and my woman use something called "virtual creditcards".
this gives us a new card number each time we pay online.

and sometimes we use her cards and sometimes we use my cards.

one of my accounts was suspended.
after a bit of jibber jabber in mail with blizzard i got it back and they made me unable to pay with creditcard on that account.
so now i use gamecards to pay that account. the rest.. i am still using mines and hers on and off on them.

so what can raise suspicion is using different names on the cards as to who owns the account and/or who has paid for it in the past.

doing as you are doing is no problem at all. :)
