hello all, I am new to dual boxing and got my other account to lvl 40(pally).. so I decided to dual spec and go ret/holy, but I have a problem. I usually play my 40 pally as my master with my slave(priest) not in a group following me and casting spells on me and my friend.
the problem is, when I have my 80 pally run my 40 pally(slave) through instances and I have to macro all the keys I use to heal and such.would I have to unbind each key then rebind them everytime I switch specs from holy to ret? is it possible to have a addon clear my selected keybinds then rebind them when I spec holy?
thanks
When you swap from one of your dual-spec to the other, the spells learned, the bars, the glyphs, everything gets swapped automatically.

Basically you have your first spec..
When you learn a second spec, the bars appear the same (ie buttons in the same places), but its actually a second set of bars.
The talents are new, you can glyph the new talents however you like. You edit the bars, for example putting heal spells on, instead of dps stuff, etc..
When you switch back to your first spec, you have the talents, original glyphs and original bars. The next time you switch to the 2nd spec, the changes to the bars remain etc.
You still have only one set of macro's within warcraft. A total of 18 for the character specifically, and however many (I believe 90) that are shared between all toons on the account.

Top tip: when you dual-spec, don't forget the important point being made here that you have a separate set of glyphs, which starts empty on the new spec.
Otherwise you might find yourself in the embarassing position of having run your team around for nearly two weeks before realising that they have no glyphs at all on their second spec....
