BindPad is an addon to make KeyBindings for spells, items, and macroes. You no longer need actionbar slots just to make Key bindings for your macros etc.
BindPad addon provides many icon slots in its frame. You can drag and drop anything into one of these slots, and click the slot to set KeyBindings."
It does not use the 120 action bars, helpful for an X-keys pro and stick, together.
Otherwise, you would have to program each button to support alt, ctrl or shift modifiers and would not be able to drag and drop spells. Which is workable but far too much hassle.
