That sucks, it is by far the best piece of MB software ever made. At least it seems to work well in Win7 so maybe I can get a few more years out of it as is;-)

Ah I see some one got it working on Win 7. You might be the right person to ask then, I have been having issues on it so wanted to see if some one on here could help out real quick and point me in the right direction. I have been MB with Octopus since I started last year on XP with no issues. I been having issues lately with the computer last month or so and I installed Win 7 which I really like and now I want to set up my Octopus to run on it but I have been running into issues where I cant click on anything, it seems that it starts and it expects to see the wow windows going, I get the whole broadcasting on the top left corner and after that I can't click on anything, none of my buttons work so I wanted to see if anyone has run into this issue. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated I really like Octopus but not sure what is going on here. I use a ball mouse but unfortunately mouseworks does not function in Win 7 they have not developed drivers that work for it so I can not change my mouse settings I like to have my click and right click on the top buttons and cant do it with mouseworks. Of course I have found a workaround I use X-keys along with the Windows Mouse drivers for ball mouse and I can change all my buttons with no issues but this might be causing my issues with Octopus or I screwed up setting it up, it was working originally but now it wont work correctly. How do I reset the Octopus settings to default with out having to actually go into the setup window, I wanted to come up with defaults, I am using the same one I have for XP which works on XP but not on Win 7.
