keyclone crashes

HI i thought id give multiboxing a whirl but keyclone crashes ( windows error keyclone has stopped working) i have removed files downloaded the program again and tried running as admin. I am using 32 bit vista ultimate

did you download the latest, v1.9h ?

also, what other programs are running on your system (please don't say 'nothing')?
what service pack are you running?

I have the latest version and have paid for it through paypal I have only just built my pc i am running 32bit vista sp1 avg antivirus and advanced system care
