WTF? Keyclone now says LICENSE HAS EXPIRED whats going on?

I just purchased keyclone about 2-3 hours ago. The license updated immediately, (paid by credit card) everything goes well. I use it for a hour, it crashed and now when I load it back up it states LICENSE HAS EXPIRED. I press recheck, nothing. Closed, and reopened nothing. I haven't even restarted my pc, or did any changes at all. This is not a good start.

What can I do to resolve this? I am running on vista if that helps any.

I had the same problem yesterday. Keyclone crashed and the license dropped. If you hit the transfer button, and go through the steps by clicking the link in your email, it will assign a new license and it will work.

FYI, mine crashed 2 times, both times I had to transfer the license. It seems to hold as long as I close down normally.

Edit: I am running vista 64 bit. Just upgraded from XP (never had a problem on XP).

Send Rob (user:keyclone) a PM and he will straighten it out. Weird things happen all the time and he fixes them quickly.

Ok, I figured out what the problem is.

Keyclone works when I connect my internet to my Verizon mobile air card internet. Now when I turn off my air card, and connect to my cable modem keyclone is stating LICENSE HAS EXPIRED. Yes, my cable modem is connected properly to the net. I even turned off my anti virus just for curiousity, and it still states LICENSE HAS EXPIRED.

I know you can only use Keyclone on one computer, now can you only use Keyclone on one internet source? If so this is not going to work for me. I play WoW on both my Air card and cable, since I travel back and forth for business. Let me know please. If we can't get this fixed together, I am going to have to request a refund of my purchase.

Now that I think about it, both times this occured, I had unplugged from my hardline and was using my wireless connection (which is having some problems). Never thought to just plug back into my lan line. If it happens again, I will try it.

To keep working on your verison in the interim, try the transfer idea, maybe it will work for you.

Thanks Sensan, that seem's to fix it temporarily. I tested it out, switching between both Internets I have to manually transfer it back, and forth. What a pain.

if it pops up as expired, transfer the license one last time. that should resolve the issue.

the issue was due to configuration changes as network components came and went. that was resolved with the alpha.

make sure you install and run keyclone as administrator.
