Where would be the best place to build a computer. Online in terms. ( I might be able to get a tower here in town for cheap or free) But any suggestions will be helpful.(add how much it would roughly cost too)

You can find good deals at www.pricewatch.com It links you to other online stores.
www.newegg.com is nice because its still cheap but its reliable and will ship to you right away.
But how are you going to build a computer when you cant afford wow subscriptions?
But how are you going to build a computer when you cant afford wow subscriptions? maybe birthday? or maybe just some wishful dreaming. i know i was guilty of that as a youngster :)

I'm a fan of www.buyxg.com
When I priced the components separately on newegg I found that buyxg was basically the same (in total) and they assembled the system for me, including a warranty.

I usually go with newegg just for the customer service. Top notch service so far. So even if I do find something cheaper elsewhere it's usually not by much and I know if there's a issue newegg will take care of me.
