Definitely read the links Jafula provided, those are where I started when I did my first team of rogues.
There are going to be a few little quirks, things you'll just have to learn to accomodate - like, running through your target and turning 180 degrees on your main, so that you are all within range. You can also move backwards to draw the mob to the rest of the team, but this is less consistent since not all mobs are melee classes.

Chaos, you don't even have to do that anymore. Go into keybindings and setup a key for "Interact with target" and go into interface and check "Click to move". Then all you need is an assist macro and hit your "Interact with target" key. Everyone runs up to the target and starts swinging
Does wonders for collection quests.
