I have recently started using PiP excessively and it works great most of the time.
The times it's not working so great is when my main window dissapears upon switching windows and it hides behind the window I wanted to bring forth.
It's nearly impossible to fix without a restart so here I wonder:
Could it be my mouse accidentally slipping off to some other window when I'm about to press PiP? I have the focus mouse thingy~

I'm using keyclone v1.9g 01may2009a ('http://solidice.com/keyclone/keyclone_v1.9g_01may2009a.exe') and Windows 7.
(Dispaly 1 has the main window and Display 2 has the rest)

Hoping for a speedy reply, keep up the good work keyclone!

This intermittent problem has been around for as long as Keyclone's had PiP.

When it happens, click on the KC settings button, enter the maximiser configuration screen, exit it again and voila... all your windows magically pop back to the right place

 Cheers for this answer Otlecs. I was having this same problem on mine when swapping windows, but I stopped using the 'Focus Follows Mouse' feature. kept killin my FPS when I'd move the cursor too close to the other windows by mistake. I'll try this next time I have this problem. Hate to have to /quit in the middle of a BG if this happened again. Or upon looting a downed boss in an instance.

I stopped using the 'Focus Follows Mouse' feature
I always had problems with that feature of Keyclone as well. Interestingly, I have no problems whatsoever if I just enable xmouse (window follows mouse, whatever it's currently called in Windows), so I've done that instead!

I downloaded a little toy that lets your turn it on or off on the fly, but Google knows lots of ways to enable it in various versions of Windows if you wanted to give that a shot.

Personally, I've never looked back :)
