And get an Authenticator.

if you still haven't reached them on the phone by now, send an email to wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com

First thing they'll do is issue a password reset and send you your new password even though it seems you've already reset your password.
Then they'll refer you to the specialist team for restoring toons & items. This process can take a couple weeks to verify everything before you get your stuff back. But since it's only been 2 days chances are you'll get everything back, you just have to be patient.

Do a full spyware/trojan/virus scan on your PC to make sure you're not still infected with whatever stole your account info. And spend $6 on an authenticator next time they're in stock, it's 99.99% account security for a very low price (as secure as can be, but no security is ever 100%)

Set your homepage, or one of the tabs to the Blizzard Store, specifically the authenticator page.
It sells out quickly, but is cheap, something like $6.
Definitely worthwhile.

Blizzard will generally restore just about everything.
The process takes time, which sucks.
Sorry it happened to you.

The authenticator program is free for those people with an iPhone or iTouch. (Just an FYI)

You guys have the money for that crap, I make 6.55$ an hour and i get like 10-15 hours every 2 weeks :\ there's your problem. think of it this way:

there are 120 hrs in a 5-day week.
allowing for 8 hours of sleep per day and an hour before and after bed, that trims potential work time to 70 hours (without losing sleep)
dropping 2 more hours everyday for meals, that drops your potential work time to 60 hrs in a week.

since your situation doesn't have your current job giving you enough hours, we will allow for 1 hour of travel between jobs during the day. this will drop your workable time to 55 hours.

allowing for 3 hrs per night during the week to play (since that is the goal), this would drop your workable time to 40 hrs/week.

this would mean that in a typical month, just working monday through friday, and allowing for multiple jobs... you should be able to earn about $1,135 before taxes (not getting any time & a half since you can't get more then 40 hrs/week on any one job)

if you tack onto that a couple of lawn mowing gigs on the weekend, each bringing in $20... $20/lawn x 2 lawns x 4.333 weeks/month ... another $173/month

i would put your current high water mark around $1,300 per month making just $6.55/hr per job.

only doing 10-15 hrs every 2 weeks would mean you are pulling in between $142 and $213 per month (which is enough to 5 box @ $75/month). or about 11 - 16% of your current capacity.

my recommendation:
get another job and fill up your work hours (this trick works well after college... only difference then is filling those hours with higher paying jobs)

Multiboxing is a somewhat expensive hobby to uphold. Should see the look on people's faces I work with when I was just paying for 2 accounts let alone when I mentioned I had upgraded to multiboxing 5 of them. (Though there again they thought I was insane for the cost of some of those loot trading cards I got, hehe). I would say that most multiboxers are likely people who hold down rather nice jobs as opposed to the normal stigma we are given of having no life and living in our parents basement.

Hey no reason to dogpile on the guy. He's 15 and I sure as hell didnt want to spend my youth in a sweatshop at $6/hr.

he's doing 5-7 hrs a week... hardly enough time to break into a sweat. 5 boxing is just $2.50/day. that really isn't much.

out of curiosity, i hit craigslist to see what's available right now in this area (tampa florida) for part time general labor:
phone clerk ... $8-25/hr .. up to $500/week (figure $320/week) (link ('http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/lab/1256725904.html') ) hand out flyers ... $8/hr one day ($64 one time) (link ('http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/lab/1256177050.html') ) small apartment community gen. maintenance ... 18 hours/week @ $8-9/hr (link ('http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/lab/1256327007.html') ) auto detailer for car dealership... no mention of rate, prolly $8-9/hr and more then 25 hrs/week (link ('http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/lab/1255749432.html') ) housekeepers ... $10.31 /hr .. requires car (link ('http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/lab/1255509734.html') )this was just today and those he should qualify for. (if it were me, i'd go for the auto detailer gig... make some good contacts when/if i were to get a car)
so... what part of the country are you located in, goodboi?

This is going to sound mean, but you got hacked because you clicked and most likely downloaded something to try and cheat, or gave your account info away to a website or email. If I had to guess im going to say a gold selling/buying site or some too good to be true make 100,000g in an hour guide or a private server. You also do not understand how the basic internet security works and most likely do not have even a semi secure system or browser. A random 'hack' does not happen. You fell victim to some sort of scam.

Possible.

Or perhaps he's just unlucky enough to have been caught in the very latest and greatest IE8 passive code injection exploit (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/07/06/new_microsoft_exploit_in_wild/), which doesn't require any clicking at all.

Hey no reason to dogpile on the guy. He's 15 and I sure as hell didnt want to spend my youth in a sweatshop at $6/hr.I think most people don't notice the name when they reply, and thus the information about his age and wages comes as a surprise. Let's face it, it's not always easy to make money as a 15-year-old, and multiboxing requires an economic investment, both up-front and monthly. These topics will always wind up the same way, with the OP asking for help, forum members making suggestions, then the OP explaining his situation.

I don't think that anyone wants to rag on him or discourage him, but his circumstances limit his options.

I am in Muskegon. Michigan.any restrictions? i figure you don't have a car, so that limits the location a bit. for now, i'll assume muskegon area. are your grades good? also helps if you walk into a place 'looking smart' (as my Dad use to say). haircut, clean clothes, 'bright' attitude. keep in mind... sometimes, they may not have an opening... BUT, they may want to 'upgrade' a position they currently have filled. you might be better then the drunk guy holding down the desk in the corner, barely getting the job done. he'd be out and you'd be in. it does help to physically go into these places and talk with people.

fyi, with car dealerships, you would walk into the service department and ask to speak with the service manager.

the key to auto shops, which i grew up with, is working hard at ALL times.
(we had a 20ft sign in the main shop that reads: "Professionals Take Pride in Their Work" ... it's still there today, over 30 years later)

here is a quick list of some of my notes from potential leads. made about 20 calls, and it seems the area is busiest during the summer. getting a job now, and keeping it through the school year, is the best move. it would also provide a job for next summer.

drop me a PM with your number (or call me direct) if you want/need to talk before going out.
