Do to reasons I would rather not talk about, I have to abandon my Shammys to reroll on another server with NO RAF ?!?!?!?!?!!?!? :( .

So I was just wondering if there are any other boxers on Scilla?

Not that I want to get into what ya dont want to talk about, but maybe a character transfer is in order? Just hate to see effort having to be given up cause of someone else's actions.

If not, then I dunno about Scilla but I play on Winterhoof, both sides (PVE server). If I am on you can /who Sychosys on horde or /who Sykosys on alliance.

My shammys are Alliance, rerolling Horde, nothing bad happened, just a major decision by friends and family to reroll.

Sucks for you. But now you get to make lots of money and actually train your skills!

Welcome to multiboxing sans RAF.

You can transfer a fair amount of gold with a toon, if the toon is higher level.
As in level 80 on current server to new server.. I think its 50,000g or so.

If your server is a pvp one, that you cannot have both alliance and horde toons.
If its a PvE realm then this is super easy, since you can have toons on both factions.

If it is PvP, consider a new account anyway, as in going from 5 accounts owned to 6 accounts owned.
You'll still only have 5 accounts active at once.
The sixth account will cost you the price of a battlechest plus WotLK and 25 for the server transfer.
Still 50k gold or thereabouts on the new servers horde side will dramatically help you.

The easy way to transfer is to put something up for 50k gold on the neutral AH.
Horde toon on account 1 lists, alliance toon on account 2 purchases.
You lose 15% of the gold amount as AH fee's which sucks.

A better way will be to purchase enchanting mats, because they sell very well and cost nothing to list.
Any high end item, from Ulduar BoE's to crafted epics will work as well.
The alliance toon purchases these, and will eventually list them on the neutral AH.
You'll want to have your own toons in Booty Bay, Gadgetzan and Everlook so you're sure no one else can buy your stuff.
List it cheap on the alliance toon.
With another account purchase it with the horde toon.
Now have the horde toon go and list it on the horde auction house.
Gold has been transfered.

Being able to semi-twink a toon/team helps them level a bit faster.
Buying all of their spells, at least the ones you'll use helps too.
It's an option to consider.

I would ditch 3 accounts, get 3 new ones, and re-RAF. Hell it may be cheaper to just get 3 new vanilla wow accounts, and transfer the toons to your existing accounts, than to buy TBC and WotLK again. I wouldn't start the 1-60 grind without RAF, Period.

And you could try to xfer the gold over, but if you have a whole group of people re rolling, it wont be too bad, and the team effort should help everyone. Good luck to you.

Thanks for all the input, we did transfer an alliance toon with a butt load of gold over, and used the neutral AH to get it.

Team is now 10, soon 11. Mulgore is nothing but collection quest :(

It's not so bad, just sucks that it will take awhile to level, RAF has spoiled me, so much.

As for new accounts till 60 then transfer, I can't afford it at this time.

WEll then, It rather is annoying to do over and over again, but make a DK and finish its noob zone and POOF, 30g... or so. Thats generally enough to make the first 20 levels easy and by then you should easily be having an income.

What I can't afford is buying new accounts to RaF then Xfer the toons over to the LK accounts. No biggie, I'll survive. I was mostly just curious if there are any other boxers on Scilla.

Just thinking out loud here :

Didn't Blizzard remove the restriction on Death Knight creation, i.e. one can now create a Death Knight on any server ?
Maybe it would help to make a group of Death Knights, and play them until they are fully geared. This would give you "high level" characters to instance-boost at least until level 40 or so.

for me boosting with my dk worked atleast until late tbc instances.

I have a friend with an 80 warrior, for dragging me through places. Honestly I'd rather quest then follow him around the dungeon.

I'm doing ok, I can't seem to find anything other than drop quest :( , but it's going good. My team is 17 now, half way to 18.

I somehow managed to clear RFC with my 4 shammys at level 14, had a few deaths, but got the quest and achievement done.

I met a dual boxer with 2 mages on this server today, don't know if he/she post here or not, but it was nice to meet one on the same server.

Thanx again for all the input, you guys rock.

Have you considered rolling a dk team? You are keeping your existing accounts with high level characters on them, you could have a complete team to 58 and hit outlands in an hour or so. Level them up and boost whatever classes you want with them. The other cool thing is you get to have a high level PVP team to look out for your lowbies when questing.

Edit: I somehow missed the above posts when making mine, I guess I second the dk team idea ;)

I'm still iffy on a group of DK's, I would like to eventually level a group of them, I just don't know what exactly I would do with them at 80. Where as the shamans, I have goals, ideas, etc..

At 80 you will smash faces. WG alone is worth leveling a dk team, you can wipe half a scrub raid by yourself. World PVP is fun as well, I can't wait to see a city raid or even a couple 80s attacking something in worlddefense so I can run off to crush it.

Boost up a healer and get some PVE gear for your dks and you have an instant PVE group as well. An extremely sturdy PVE group at that.

I used to play ally on that server. And there is a multiboxer called Mudd who used to roll 5 warlocks or 1 priest and 4 warlocks on that server.
