Which Heroic should a make a vid of?

Pretty easy, you sacrifice the hunter or you can remove his wepon. (he will most likley die anyway and cause pain for your shamans/druid)

Paladin,shamans and druid heals themself trough it (It last 2 or 3 mins)

Im not sure about the druid though, but even elemental shamans will never go oom due to water shield and lesser healing waving themself. I guess you can trow hots on yourself and go bear form or simply kill him too and do the encounter with 2 ele shamans and your paladin.

I haven't even dared try old kingdom yet.

Its just the last boss thats going to be a pain.

Might have to try it with 4 shamans if my mixed team doesn't work out.

I tried to do Old Kingdom as it should be done, killing adds before they kill you, but that didn't work too well. Finally i just healed my toons through insanity and got the kill. Fairly easy that way.
