Paladin, Druid, Shaman, Priest gear guide that I can get myself with 3.2

I spent some time with a few websites and compiled a list of gear that I can get myself (5 boxing) with the changes that 3.2 brings to Emblem drops. I tried to find 4 items per slot and they are ordered from best to worst, I did not double up on items from location so if there were 2 great items from heroics, I picked just the better one and moved on to another type like crafted or pvp reward. This is a list based upon my own choices and is not intended to be an end all argument list. I am surprised no one has compiled any lists for Multi-boxers yet. I did down step some items to Leather and Cloth on the Druid/Shaman parts as a few slots just did not have anything I liked.

I did not include any of the crafted items that use the Runed Orbs that drop from Ulduar. The reason was first the mats required are redonkulus even if you farm 1200g a day, grind some badges to buy more, but also that the patterns are not available but are drops. So the only way to get the items is to spend Its a Mad Mad Mad World level of cash. Untill they lower the mat requirements for thoes items, they fall in the unatainable list for me. Maybe im just a bit peeved at it after getting my tradeskills up only to be completely blocked out by the costs, 20h cool downs and insane badge requirements and raid only pattern drops.

6x18 badges is a lot? I already have those things on some of my alts, and that's before 3.2.
For a cloth belt its 600g per orb, and around 90ish per cloth x20, so in all 5400 gold per belt....doing my set of dailies gets me 1600 gold a day, plus 3 eyes, every so often i can sell pets from crusader dailies too. In the end i can make close to 2k dailiy, spending 5k on a belt is not a lot.
Now once 3.2 rolls around it will be much much easier, getting 18 badges a day is really easy and simple.
I don't think that grind will be half bad, I will need on 2 of my shamans 236 badges(this covers all tier pieces other than gloves, which are terrible), rest already has t8, so i can convert their badges into orbs to make gear. In the end I will need a bit over 300 badges to get everything i want, each of my toons has between 300 to 400 badges right now, plus they already have all of the heroism badges stuff. I got all that in first 5 or 6 weeks of wotlk(some of You might remember that I retired ny team after getting done with heroics).

Yea, I put the items you had into the list. One of the filters I'm putting in place is this is what I can get by myself with my 5man team. Getting gear drops, patterns, items from 10man and 25man raids have been removed. Some of the BOE items you listed I missed as they were filtered out by my search query.

Although this is a shit ton of grinding to get all these badges. 8|Yea, there were several pieces that listed the new Conquest item above a lower Valor/Heroism item. Why spend 60 badges on a lower item when you can spend 38 or whatever on a higher one. There are a TON more items that we can add to the list, but I tried to keep it scaled down and not list items of lower quality from the same sources. So if there was a blue heroic drop but an epic one for the same slot somewhere else I just listed the better item. Same for badge gear. I tried to use enough sources so if you dont have an item listed, you can see if there is an easily attainable upgrade from a quest, craft, drop, or your waiting for 3.2 on badges. There is no point in listing every item for every slot. There are websites out there dedicated to that. This is just a filtered list for what you can attain if you do not raid.

I had been using the list on maintankadin for a while as an easy guide to see where I was at and where to focus for the next upgrade. There is a lot on the list I simply cannot get with my play schedule etc. 10/25 man's are just not going to happen for me unless I get in on some sort of planned welfare run and honestly, im not going to drag ass pug it and waste other peoples time, thats why I MB. So that leaves me with Bagdes (3.2), PvP, Heroic Drops and Crafted. After compiling the list its basicaly go farm 230 badges and each toon will be sitting in 6 peices of Teir 8 level items.

These 4 classes are what I plan to play. Currently im running a paladin and 4 druids, but im going to swap out 3 druids with a preist and 2 shamen. Listing out the gear like this made it clear for a plan of attack when it comes to where I should be grinding. The paladin for example has 3 potential upgrades from The Old Kingdom and a pair each in Nexus and Gundrak. The rest are just one upgrades or no upgrades. Same for Shaman. 3 upgrades in TOK. This makes that instance a clear priority over say Utguard Pinnical that only has a few upgrades total. If I tally the shaman upgrades twice as I will have 2 of them then the priority of heroics to run fall in this order.

Prior to gathering this information, The Old Kingdom was not even on my radar as a heroic to try as I was feeling pretty good with Nexus, COS and UK. But there are 10 potential upgrades for me in there vs 2 in UK. (we just wont talk about The Oculus).

I don't know if i'm informed wrong but there is a post on http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?page=881 which states that you can buy complete T9 for "Emblem of Triumph". You get these in new Raid instances or Normal and Heroic daily quest. It may take a while to get 220 Emblems of Triumph, but you can get T9 in about 2 month by just doing Dailys, without Raiding =)

On your way to T9 you can just farm your heroics and spend Emblems of Conquest for T8.
