Most of the time..
5x Totem of Wrath, 4x Grounding, 1x Wrath of Air, 5x Healing Stream. My Earth Totems vary depending on whether or not I plan on kiting. In the videos I think I'm dropping 3 Stoneclaws, an Earthbind, and a Stoneskin.

Remote, whats the cooldown on heroism? It seems like you often waited between pulls for it to come back off CD before pulling. How long did the full run take?

Heroism is a ten minute cooldown. I have 5 Heroisms, so I can cast it 5 times in ten minutes(it is a group buff, you see). The full run took approximately 15 minutes.

Ahh totally forgot that it was a group buff (my shammies are only lvl 20 heheh). Thats awesome. Every 2 minutes sounds perfect to me... 1 pulls, drink, position for next pull, and another heroism is ready.

Yup, it usually ends up being much more than you need. I used 6 heroisms in 15 minutes.
