You can try creating a Junction to the "original" or "primary" Interfaces folder. A Junction is virtual directory that causes the filesystem in windows to present the folder as a normal folder, but read/write all content from a different location. So, you could delete the Interfaces folder on 3 of your 4 installs, and then create a junction to link back to the 1 remaining. This way, you only need to update one version of your AddOns to see the change in all your client installs.
There is a "Junction" tool distributed by sysinternals/winternals (now Microsoft) but I've never used it. I added symlinking support to one of my personal apps I use for 4-boxing my locks, so far I haven't had any problems with this approach (and load times improved significantly too.)
If anyone has the notion/time to properly junction/symlink/hardlink their wow installs, I highly suggest making the effort. It's SO worth it.

Eeh.. Push to characters and software updates are two seperate beasts.
'Push to characters' is a facility within the mod to change the Jamba settings of your other toons in-game, all at once. So you don't have to change settings x5. You set up your team on all 5 windows, and from then on only need to change settings on one window, and 'push' them to the other characters on the other windows.
See here to set up the group: http://wow.jafula.com/addons/1-jamba/15-how-to-configure-your-group
Then simply press 'push to characters' button when in the Jamba settings ( /Jamba ) to do that.
Jafula has written up detailed explanations about Jamba, very helpful indeed to any beginner.
Updating the addon itself (eg when a newer version comes out) is a different matter, and the neatest way is to use symlinking, if you know how to do that. See also here about symlinking:
PowerShell script to create symbolically linked (mklink) copies of WoW ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=58319#post58319')
Which one were you after?

Yeah, your question is really ambiguous.
If you're having trouble using the in-game "push to characters" option in Jamba, make sure all of your characters already have your "main" (whoever's doing the pushing) in their group list, and that the name is ticked.
You have to add the leader manually on each character. Once you've done that, he'll be able to push everything to your entire team.
