How do you keep mana up on your protect pally?
I typically cast Greater Blessing of Sanct and then have 1 shammy drop a mana spring totem as well. However after a battle I am at 25% mana on the pally.

Divine Plea + Judge widsom + mana spring will usually do it for me :)
It's pretty easy to run oom on the Paladin though.

Ok i found this in the WOW forums. Maybe this will help a little.

On prot the trick is to Divine Plea at start then hit Hammer of Righteous when it's up.. it's renews the Plea effect. If you can get new set of mobs before DP falls off and renew it with Hammer then you should be ok.

Yeah true. I have not played for 6 months and he was trying to get more stam to tank heroics. I am now trying to level 1 or 2 levels in UT but like I wrote, I am OOM after each small battle. Maybe my pally rotation is too much for my level?
what blessing is best for a prot pally under lv 80 (Sanct or Wisdom or Kings)?

depends on what your doing, just questing I use a seal of wisdom ( and if you don't have shaman dropping mana totems blessing of wisdom too )
but for a heroic dungeon I tend to use seal of vengeance more ofthen that wisdom because it generates more thread, that and retrobution aura.
try to keep divine plea & holy shield up over other stuff, the more beating on your pally the better for your sanctuary to give mana.

Do mana spring totems stack? Maybe I should drop 3 Mana Spring and 1 Healing Stream instead of 3 Healing and 1 Mana. I guess that would help as well - if they stack

Make sure you have the talent guarded by the light 2/2 by the time you're level 71, then your divine plea is infinite as long as you're hitting mobs in melee. That plus the mana returned by BoS should keep you up in mana. The more mobs you have on you the better as more procs off blocks/dodges/parries. Also having Spiritual Attunement at least 1/2 will keep you supplied with mana for every heal on you (not counting overheals)

All you should need to keep going on your prot pally is Divine Plea being up 100% of the time, BoSanct, and mana gains from spiritual attunement. If you're laying down consecration alot you may switch up to judgement of wisdome rather than judgement of light.
If you have BoW from a 2nd pally or mana spring totems thats just a bonus.
FYI: No you do not need intellect of your Prot pallies, like at all!

Divine Plea made the difference. I put that one and now I have no mana troubles.
Thanks, it is a new spell for me.

You should not have mana problems as a protection paladin unless you are not fighting enough mobs at the same time, or you are so over geared you are not taking damage. I think its called Spiritual attunement that gives you back 10% mana for each Heal. So when you get healed for 1000hp, you get 100mp as well. Next is Blessing of Sanctuary. All blocks, dodges, parrys give back like 3% of total mana as well as a 2% damage reduction if I remember right. Also you should have Divine Plea talented so it refreshes on all melee swings. You also have blessing and judgement of wisdom if you need it as well.
Only time my paladin has mana issues in an instance is when im overgeared/leveled and I dont get mana back because I dont need heals.
