No downtime at all. The slavepens run took about 30 minutes, the Sethekk run took about 15 minutes. The trinkets only have a 1 minute cooldown each, and I can use Heroism five times in every ten minutes.

I skip the first two pulls as I'm sure you noticed. Other than that I skip anything that isn't in my direct path to the boss. Also, in between the 1st and 2nd boss(which I left out of the vid) there is only one pull (2 engineers, easysauce) if you do it right.

Do you have one of your shammies healing your focus's target's target? I saw the healing icon pop up during the battles.

Yes, sometimes. I use a macro like that to heal the elementals more frequently.
