My son has an 80 Paladin. She's geared in Naxx gear for both Ret and Holy.
I recently started up a group of 5x druids. I no longer have my RAF with these accounts. I'm finding that questing is quite painful without RAF :)
Since I pay for his account (he's 16) I'm allowed to use his Pally am I correct? My thoughts are I could round robin my druids through Stocks and then SM.
Here's the kicker, I have no idea how to play a paladin much less how to instance one. Would you recommend staying in Ret Gear or Holy? What aura? What spell sequence for gathering and burning down?
The pally has approx 17k health and around 20k mana 20k armor and close to 2100 sp dam.
Thanks for the help

Well if we go down to the legal brass tacks, specifically the ToU states :
"You represent that you are an adult in your country of residence. You agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and, at your discretion, for one (1) minor child for whom you are a parent or guardian and whom you have authorized to use the account you create on the Service."
So if the account is in your name and you are allowing your son aka one (1) minor child to play it, then yes you can play on this account.
If the account is in your son's name then you are not allowed to play it. AND, it is quite possibly a violation - unless your son is an adult in your country of residence.
As far as spec goes, either will work just fine for Stocks/SM. Whichever has the better gear aka gives you the biggest ticks on Consecrate really. Also you want Pursuit of Justice but this is obtainable with a Holy spec anyways. You will want to use something other than Retribution Aura for gathering up, switch to it when you are ready to burn them down.
Just keep Sacred Shield up on yourself, pull as much as you can, then kill them with Consecrate and whatever other attacks you care to use. It's really pretty simple.

I want to say, no, this is not allowed, but i cannot remember why. in any case, if you were allowed to play the pally and if you want, you can easily take the pally through stocks or sm in either spec. bring a shield, strafe a lot. with the pally there is really not much you can do besides running through the mobs and hoping you get aggro from the rest of the other mobs through association. meaning an unaggroed mob will be aggroed too if they see their friend running after you.
i would go prot, but that's only because i want to run around, grab the whole instance and run back to my alts to kill everything at once. there is no magic sequence either. you're basically going to consecrate +ret aura and auto attack most of the time. in sm:gy, you can use that nifty holy wrath spell, i think. but otherwise its boring old ret aura and consecrate. also remember if you need to bubble, make sure you bubble with your party out of LOS or else the mobs will make a beeline to your boostees. also, if your ret aura kills the mobs before you can get back to your boostees, go with a different aura first, then switch. make a macro to just switch back in case you forget.
good luck.

Even as Ret or Holy you should be fine. As Elsegundo said, use a shield, strafe a lot, I would use a different aura while pulling and then after consecrate is down and has ticked, put on Retribution Aura.
