Another Boosting Question- Sorry to ask :(

Ive had my 80 team for about 3-4months now and was gonna level another group but unfortunately no RAF.

Is it better to just 5 box and quest?
Or is it still faster to boost with my 80 pally?

if the latter, what is the most effective way to boost?(is tag boosting a ban?)

Ive tried to search "boosting without RAF" but the search engine just ignores the without and throws up all the raf leveling techniques.

I havent tried it without refer a friend xp, I think the best way to see it spend an hour boosting your teams in a dungeon with you 80, than notate the xp you got for that hour, than go spend an hour 5 manning quests, notate xp, than spend an hour doing dungeons normally with your 5 team, notate xp, than see which provided more. ;)

other than that, imo, leveling to 60 is a bit of a pain atm without RAF and/or without being boosted. i'd only do 5-box questing for nostalgic reasons.
