I know someone will simply say use the search button, but searching for all the common things like "how to" simply yeilds no results so I'll help you out with a link
http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Getting_started
That wiki page is a great place to start, about 2/3s the way down the page you'll see a question about software or hardware multiboxing. If you click the software link (I'm assuming you would prefer software based on your inquiry) it will have a nice chart detailing the abilities and cost of several common programs used for multiboxing. Once you choose a software solution that meets your needs, you can usually find quite a bit of info on the designers website and through searches using the search bar with the name of the software used as the search term.
Good luck and welcome to the addiction...

Octopus... hotkeynet
The old HotkeyNet (the one that gets discussed here) doesn't do KM stuff like Octopus. But the new HotkeyNet (HKN2) does do KM stuff (except multiple monitors on single PCs aren't supported yet). Download here:

Edit: Turns out HKN2's mouseover doesn't work properly with WoW yet. I should have tested before I posted a link.

I just started with 5 boxing on keyclone ( http://www.solidice.com/keyclone/ ) and, apart from the learning curve and a few user created glitches, it works very well with vista64.
