Questions about getting a new processor

Just wondering if there is anything besides the CPU FSB and the Socket Type that I should be looking at.

Wattage, if your not using an aftermarket motherboard it may not be able to power most of the new processors.

You should be fine with what you have, since you are already using your ASUS P5N-D, you won't have any socket issues.

Out of curiosity, what is your current CPU?
