Hello,
Suppose I have 3 accounts: A,B,C. Accounts A and B are merged into a single Battle.net accounts (because I wanted the pets >.<), but account C is still separate. All 3 accounts are under my name, but they're all paid with different credit cards (don't ask why, but they're all my credit cards). Can I transfer a toon from account B to C and vice versa without upgrading account C to Battle.net?

Yes.

I'm just asking because one of my accounts has CE versions of BC and Wrath, but both accounts are linked in battle.net.

A perk to having battle.net linked accounts, I recently moved my DK from my 4th account to my 1st. Once they verified the account (or whatever manual verification happens to make sure you're legit) the transfer was instant. Took about 10 minutes and didn't have to answer any of the secret question stuff. Every other time I've moved toons between accounts it's taken at LEAST an hour.

I'm just asking because one of my accounts has CE versions of BC and Wrath, but both accounts are linked in battle.net.This is the Mountain Dew robot pets. In order to claim them, your accounts must be converted into Battle.net accounts. Only one Wow account PER mountain dew account, but since I have 2 mountain dew accounts, I converted 2 Wow accounts to battle.net but kept the third one separate.
Darn....and here I was hoping somebody had found a loophole to get Netherwhelps and Frostys across multiple accounts. :(

Nah for those there's a really easy solution: grind 1200 hours and you'll get it.
Seriously, .... I hate low drop rates
