change in tournament daily - A worthy weapon ?

Something strange; yesterday I picked 4 flowers and was then able to loot the blade on all 5 toons; today same but only 1 toon got it ... is that a 1 time glitch or they "fixed" it ? (I was getting server shutdown messages just before so maybe it's a glitch... I noticed in the past when soloing that I could loot if someone else had just completed it before me; without having to use the flower; same for the frog one...)


ps: gosh I hate the post interface which looses all my post because I was typing in the wrong part of the window...

It was probly a bug they hot fixed with the server restart.

you sure they all had the same quest? when I was doing this you get one of the three quests, but I also have four difference races so that may make a difference.

Anyone boxing this quest ? I haven't tried again today to see if I can loot the weapon again with all 5 or not (from a single set of flower)... anyone did ?

One other difference compared to before is I used mouse broadcasting to (try) to loot on all 5 at once because I had noticed the day before that the weapon despawns fairly quickly and I barely had time to manually click on all 5

ps: yes I'm sure I had the same quest; I still am in the first phase where I'm not yet doing city specific quests

I did this yesterday on 4 toons, collected 16 flowers just in case, went to NPC, gave her the flowers on 1 toon, all 4 were able to loot the quest item.


Edit: Just did it again today with same result. 1 toon gathered 4 flowers, offered them, all 4 toons pick up quest item.

Thanks a lot so I guess I got a weird glitch just before the server shutdown (that or click from all 5 near simultaneously caused problem) - I'll do only 4 flowers next time and see if it works again for me - thanks a lot (and sorry I made you gather 16)

I did it twice last night (before and after daily reset) and got multiple blades from one set of flowers.

Thanks for confirmation - do you mouse broadcast (I use HKN which is fast) or click 1 window at a time ?

i'm only 2 boxing nowadays but i don't even bother with the "fly around" quests, i just do the dragon, kill 10/15 scourge, and the bone commander/lt camp quests. as long as you don't "finish" one of the city factions you can continue to double dip those quests. you can also do the vkyrul and a few other to triple dip 10/15 scourge kills in icecrown, but meh I have 40k gold at this point why even bother flying extra.

i'm revered with all the cities already and I figure spending 20 mins daily doing just 4-5 dailies this way will easily get me enough tokens to hit exalted with everyone by the time the next big patch is out, when new dailies, rewards, etc will come out.

Must have been a glitch or because I tried to loot all; did it again today and 4 flowers were enough for 4 toons (my dk is another race so he got a different daily this time)
