I did a quick search but there doesn't seem to be one of these threads [maybe for a reason? :)]. Either way I like to see what other people's UIs look like...it's what has helped me tweak mine to where it is today. These are pics are of my main and not my multiboxing characters. They are full 1920 x 1080, sorry if that's kinda huge.

Pic 1 - Back when I first returned to WoW a few months ago [for the 3rd time :)]
Pic 2 - After I transferred to Tichondrius I went for a more simplistic setup. Not a real good 'In Battle' pic.
Pic 3 - Something I compiled yesterday...and I'm liking it. Still tweaking here and there though. Haven't raided with this setup yet.

Pay no attention to where my abilities are in the new pic....they're all over the place and I'm keybound for PvE at the moment and I click a lot of stuff for PvP :( . Going from a 4 bar high setup to a 3 bar high setup and I had to consolidate. :)

What is the mod that flash cooldowns with big buttons? I tried one a few weeks ago but i couldnt modify ANYTHING with it aka it was useless since flashing all cooldowns just turned into a mess.

Here is mine and the only thing that pops up in battle/arena is Gladius.

Elkanoos buffbars would been nice but they do not work with Pitbull for some reason.

What is the mod that flash cooldowns with big buttons? It's Ghost: Pulse ('http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info8418-GhostPulse.html'). Totally out-of-date but works just fine for me.

lol, I get SO much shit from peolpe about my UI. i dunno, it works for me, I can see the raid's HP, overall mana, My target, it's target, threat, MT's target, their target. It's a lot of info but all that's stuff I need to know :-/

Apparently after patch 3.1 ClearFont2 sort of broke and seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet for downloading. I tried updating to ClearFont3 ('http://www.wowace.com/projects/clearfont3/') off of WoWAce but it just makes my game do a hard crash when I exit [regardless of how I exit] and all the settings I change [for everything] are lost because of the crash. The ClearFont2 error is not a big deal, it doesn't even give a pop-up box it just states in my chat window that "An Interface Action Has Failed Because Of An Addon" or something to that effect and it only happens once. I used to use Mirage UI compilation for quite awhile and I still use the ClearFont2 from it today. You can get his compilation from here ('http://ledmirage.net') [you must register I believe]. Just open the zip file and pull out the MirageUI_Core, MirageUI_ClearFont2, MirageUI_ClearFont2_FontPack. I know the compilation is super old [Oct 2008] but it's the only place I know where to get a working ClearFont right now. If you do decide to extract the files from the Mirage UI compilation I believe it will extract the paths no matter what you do...meaning it will always extract to Interface/Addons regardless of where you put it. Just giving you a heads up because it might end up in WoW_Folder/Interface/Addons/Interface/Addons/ClearFont2 and of course that won't work. :) If you don't see the minimap icon after installation for whatever reason it uses the rocklib so you can use /rock to get into it's settings.

Quite a long post to just explain which addon it is that changes my font but...it's all good.

EDIT: It is possible to manually edit each font in the game because I had to do it for my title/character login screens...ClearFont doesn't seem to affect either of these.

Here's mine in action. The space at the bottom is filled with 3 account regions sized down with Keyclone. I have those three set to always be on top.

Here's another shot with Task manager open and the other three accounts at the bottom out of combat. I keep my main window in focus, then take the mouse and move it over the middle of the bottom three in an M shape movement to center the mouse/cursor for those windows either on me, or near my location for Click-on-ground AoE spells.

I keep just about all my spells with cooldowns 1 minute or more on the same key across all accounts and have those keys on roundrobin. Lay of Hand for my pallies all have their own macro which has /target focus /cast Lay of Hands and the Hammer of just has /assist focus /cast Hammer of Justice and so on.

Chat pane on the left is the General pane. The one on the right is Party/Guild pane.

That's Grid. It doesn't have casting bars. You can whip up something pretty close with Pitbull that will show castbars, but I don't think it has the same flexibility with buff/debuff display as Grid.

And this one was really neat. It was Diablo III themedI was always tempted to try a Diablo themed UI with the health/rage 'bubbles'....just thought I wouldn't like it in the long run though. Maybe I need to do some UI changing :)
