Totally New & In Need of Guidance

Well, I am finally going to try Multi boxing. But I need a bit of help...

To start with I have been told that to Multi-box there is a program to download and loads of add-ons, what I would like is the actual links to the correct downloads & any useful addons.
I really want to hit the ground running so I can my new characters to level 80 fast.

Not trying to sound mean but did you read any of the stickys on the how-tos for almost every program available for multiboxers, as far as addons there really is only one and its Jamba and guess what its a sticky under addons and macros section.
