Warrior stance dancing

My friend asked me for help with a warrior macro and ive been out of the game for a bit so my macro-fu is weak right now... hoping its easy (and possible).

Basically he wants 1 button if possible, to spam.

He plays arms (this is for pvp). If hes in battle stance, the button will have him charge his opponent. Next button press will switch him to berserker stance. Next button press will intercept. Should reset if possible to switch back to battle stance after charge cooldown is up. I know the timing thing is tricky.. using the reset command wont work if hes spamming the button, hrm.

I tried some things with /castsequence but wasnt having much luck. Has anyone done anything similar to this?

There is a Charge/Intercept macro under the Warrior section among numerous other class PvP macros.That doesn't help the man much when all those are outdated and doesn't take into account the fact that he can charge in combat.
