Advice for Totems for 4 Shaman on PvP server

Hi All,

I am currently playing ret Pally and 4xShaman on a PvP server, currently level 55. I find that I am a regular target for higher levels that seem to like the idea of wiping a whole group of a multi boxer. Obviously if its a very high level attacking me I don't stand a chance but I am looking for opinions on the best Totem cast order and Totems types for PvP fights where I do stand a chance.

I have thought of a few ideas:
1. Do I go for damage and put down 4 magma totems straight away, followed by grounding, tremor etc totems.
2. Do I go for stuns and roots with Earthbind and Fire Nova totems, while nuking them down (worried about diminishing returns here)?
3. Do I have to have a separate casting sequence for PvP and for PvE (I would prefer same ofc)?

Really looking for ideas and approaches that might have worked for you.

I would prefer actual practical experience as opposed to Theory crafting but ofc all ideas are welcome!
