Hi, please share what you think are "must do" quests and why; I'll start:
Battle for undercity : you must do that one on all toons because of phasing but it's awesome and well worth doing
Drakuru / DTK / Encounter with Lich king: pre quests are horrible (need lots of random drop mojo x 5 x number of toons) so I only did it on 2 out of 5 but all can enjoy the sight : My team and the lich king ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=22090')
What else ? (my level 80 levelled mostly healing others in instance so I'm missing knowledge about lot of northrend quests)
- All class quests!
- i liked the quest line in New Hearthglen (Dragonblight)
- the Murloc suit quest line (read the quest text, it's good fun)
- the onyxia attunement quest (now unnecessary, but still available)
- Thrall's grandmother quests line in nagrand.
- the wrathgate quests (as you mentioned)
[Edit] did you mean WotLK quests only? i added a few i remembered and loved from pre-Wotlk.
quest chain in Icecrown from the ghost kid: get to fight illidan as arthas. Or the quest to destroy arthas's heart. Sucks for him!!

Uh, everything in Northrend?
No, really. Yes, I'm serious. :D I did them all (just like I did solo on my other guys) and ended up having enough gold for Swift Flight Form about 1/4 through Icecrown after hitting 80 in Storm Peaks (which left the last half of Storm Peaks and all of Sholazar/Icecrown for $$$). Once I wrapped up the last of the 5-man stuff in Icecrown, it took about 2 days of dailies to get enough to buy the extra mats for epic pants/boots and 5x Titansteel Guardians and a few other shinies here and there. I'm very happy with it, and it didn't take me forever to hit 80.
[edit] As for quests that are great fun to multibox, the 5-man stuff in Icecrown was hella fun after having so much trouble trying to 2-man it with a friend of mine. :P

The quests to open up Sons of Hodir rep dailies.
All the phasing quests really. Pretty much everything in Icecrown.
I liked the concept in Culling of Stratholme too.
The questline with Drakuru might be worth doing if you like storylines (the one that ends in Drak'tharon Keep).
As the dude with the bizarro glasses said, do them all. I did and there are some fun ones and some dull ones, but worth doing 99% of them. I think Zul'drak was my least favorite zone.

In additon to the aforementioned quests, the scarlet crusade quests (starting in Dragonblight, ending in Icecrown) are pretty good.
I also paticularly like the quests involving the opening up of the Shadow Vault and Crusader's Pinnacle towns...they do a great job in making you feel like your actions have an effect in the world you're playing in.
Cheers,
S.

ow yeah Culling of Stratholme is pretty nice as storyline goes.
As for least favorite zone, (if you except resource nodes) I hate scholazar basin. Can't see shit and sooo many trees, branches, mobs to get stuck on.

A Tale of Valor in Icecrown where you are trying to save Crusader Bridenbrad. Awesome storyline, despite all the running around.
