new to dualboxing

Well ima start dualboxing tommorow and i got few questions..
i think i will have 5 accs. need advice what program i shud use, And im gonna do a tank and a healer and 3 dps.. But how do i do so they heal etc without ufcking up the others casting shiet? =p
well yea... much to learn.
