View Full Version : Culling of Stratholme (Reg) Down + Moar AQ40 Bug Mounts!

CoS reg cleared,

AQ40 mounts, got a green on and a blue one. Gave the blue on to my DK since the druid already has one.

(see, I actually have some money on the druid atm lol)

and as I was posting this, the trash respawned, so I killed some more trash and got ANOTHER green bug AND another blue one. So I gave the green one to my DK and the blue on to one of my shaman. It's almost tempting to hang out here to farm more.

So the Druid, and DK both have Blue and Green bug mounts, and one of the shaman has green one. good times in aq40 lol.

Nice. I went into AQ last week and was able to farm the mounts with my pallies, but couldn't get the red one to drop.

it's a shame you can't use them outside AQ, they'd be a fun mount.

it's a shame you can't use them outside AQ, they'd be a fun mount.How far back did you get / go? Guildie was telling me the colors are seperated by how far into the instance you get. IE Red drops after twin emps. Makes sense since I saw Blue, Green and green before the first boss.

Yeah, you can farm them at the start of the instance, just kill 3 of the 4 big guys, then run out to reset them. Go back in, Loot, rinse and repeat.
Did this on my main for a few hours with some friends at lvl 70, think we got 4 red ones in about 3-4 hours.
