Graphical glitches - warping

Just recently my toons are either warping all over the place or having that movement animation while standing still.

These glitches usually occur when I've either taken a flightpath. It seems they somehow get out of synch but I can't figure out why.

I haven't changed any settings neither video wise nor installed additional addons recently.

Has anyone experienced the same issues lately and maybe stumbled over a fix since it drives me bananas ;(

I have ran into this glitch too, i found that entering melee combat, or doing some other action that has a set animation sort of resets it, and the glitch stops. other than that no clue. =)
