Addons Continually Dissabled

When I login, my addon settings seamed to not be turned on. All I have to do is check the "Enable Out of Date Addons" and they work, and their set up right, just not enabled.
Also, I have to accept the agreement EVERY time I launch a copy of wow on my main pc. On my secondary I dont have this issue. Any suggestions?

How would I go about changing this, I just upgraded to vista a few days ago, and no nothing about it.

Two things happen, one is WoW, putting the game in the "wrong" place. This can be undone/reloaded. I looked it up on Google. Other is Vista and the user premissions. Usually it won't bother your WTF settings where all game info is stored.
