So i decided to refresh my ui abit today and tried out sexymap wich is just update.

The thing that happens is that nothing but a map without frames shows up and the mod isnt anywere to be found. But its there since it adds a new map but doesnt remove the old one.

Been struggeling since 3.1 to get mods like jamba and auctioneer to work.

When i installed pitbull, elkano's buff bars stopped working.

Is there any fix to theese problems???

Mods that is working also fail to show up in the interface menu!

Mods that do not work and yes i tried reinstalling them etc.

Theese doesnt work at all Lootfilter, jamba, sexymap, auctioneer.
Theese work fine Macaroon and Ag_unitfram
Pitbull gives me lots of error messages (and yes i disable aq)

And ofc i tried deleting the maps of the old mods.

Yes ofc and im 100% theese mods are up to date.

But it just feels weird and i suspect a crash between the users/common/ and the normal world of warcraft folder but im clueless on how to resolve it.

I also tried installing the mods into that common blizzard folder.

The only place for addons is the "interface / addon's" folder, nowhere else.

Data is in the "wtf / account / youraccountname / savedvariables"

additional data is in "wtf / account / youraccountname / yourserver / yourcharactername / savedvariables"

Check those files per each addon.lua file see if anything is amiss.

Its common for addons not to be in the interface menu, some are, some arn't.

part of the problem could be with Vista, there are two places the WoW folder could be. I know Curse can't update my addons automagically, but works fine if I open the client. I read someplace about not accepting the default WoW install on Vista. Forget the Details....sorry

People on the wow forums suggested me to delte my WTF and interface folder and installing the mods over.

I will ofc only backup it and see if this is the case after work.
