View Full Version : 5 Boxing Ret Paladins?

Anyone out there or many people out there doing this successfully? What do you do in end game? I guess a 5 pala team would be weird for instances.
Currently doing 5 DK's and having a blast. Looking to grab either 5 druids, sham or Pala.

I've done one ret to 80. I imagine 5 would be just about unkillable. Nice thing is with the new seals, you don't have to spaz out on judgements all the time. Just wade in and AoE. Having a hard time deciding whether I wanna do DKs or Pallies for my next group. Leaning DK just because I don't have to level the first 55 again. :P

I think there are two of us with 5-druid teams at 80 now (me and Moo). My setup is 5x kitty for quests and farming/dailies and bear/tree/3xOOMkin for instances. Working well so far, though heroics still pretty much thrash me with my crappy greens/blues.

Yeah, I'm sorta back. 5-boxing, but on Garona with some friends and family. I'm sure I'll be back on mag eventually but not sure when.

Cool Don, at least your are playing again!

tinit5190, my pallies are only 71 ATM. One pally is prot and the other 4 are ret. At lvl 70 I did trash in UK VERY easy including the dragon room. Got the first two bosses but had trouble on the last one. Didn't have enough time to keep trying but I'm fairly certain I could have gotten him if I had more time. Nisch is doing heroics with his pallies so I think a team of those is viable for instances. I plan on getting mine to 80 and get them geared up and then hopefully use them to get some gear for the rest of my 80s. Self healing on these paladins is insane. You don't really even need a dedicated healer.

I LOL'd at the thought of 5 ret paladins in arena. Just bubble, HoJ priests and zerg.

And you also have Repentance. :) Pallies are indeed awesome grouped together.
