Hi All. I'm presenting (and asking for feedback) my all Melee team! This is a 5-box team, to leave room for a human CC class.

I know, I started a team and am now making a new one, but hey, I can't stick with 1 thing these days. I have the attention span and focus of a 3-year old!

Berzerker - I want a lot of DPS and AE. As you'll see below, I went with 2 healers, so for farming this should work out (I hope). I will aim towards +AE AAs.

Swashbuckler - I went Good alignment and don't mind the positional attacks. I've read posts that say most of Swash DPS comes from Autoattacks, and should look for +DPS, +Double Attack and +crit buffs/stats. The Dirge provides all of these +mods!

Dirge - can dish out decent DPS and buffs melee quite nicely. Positional Debuffs are not a problem! With Dissonance AA, gives the whole group a 15% Double Attack Modifier!

Warden - Melee procced group heals? Sounds like it fits into my group! Hots will fit in nicely with my second healer. I did notice some Buffs (or portions of the Buffs) that don't stack, but I think I can handle that.

Mystic - Chain-wearing healer with Wards and physical/noxious Debuffs (I think its noxious, and the Dirge/Swash can cause noxious damage??)

If anyone has any suggestions or advice in regards to class selection, I would like to hear it! My aim is to make an end-game solo (meaning I can do it with the 5) farming group, with clearing speed as a priority.

I have another question:
My other team is a 4-box of Guardian, Templar, Warlock, Illusionist - Caster Heavy.
I made the 5th Account on the 5-box team the Dirge, but now I'm thinking I should delete and make the 5th account the Mystic (so I could use him with the 4-box group).

Any input on this? I guess my question is: Should the 5th member of the 4-box caster heavy group be another healer? Or would I be better off bringing up a Troub? I know the Dirge is a bad choice.

Thanks!

Hmm, so SK instead of Zerker?? I will do this.

**EDIT - I've recreated the team as Evil, with Shadow Knight, Warden, Brigand, Dirge and on the 5th account Defiler.
Now I just have to figure out how to get to Timorous Deep.

A couple mentioned Berserkers get pretty good AoE at 80, something about their epic weapon is spammable AoE.

I'm doing some additional Theory Crafting (doesn't that term from from Warcraft? Shouldn't it be Theory Questing????).

Warden Spec - Druid Tree, in order
STR - 4, 4, 8, 8
AGI - 4, 4, 4, 8
STA - 4, 4, 8, 8, 1

70 Points

Warden Tree - In Order
5 points in each of the 4 Strike skills, Force of Nature
5 Enhance: Resurrections, 4 Enhance: Numbing Spores, 5 Enhance: Spirit of the Bat, 3 Enhance: Protecting Grove, 5 Enhance: Death Interventions, Reformation
5 Enchance: Root, 5 Enhance: Spirit of Wolf, 5 Enhance: Willow, 5 Enhance: Undergrowth, 5 Enhance: Protector of the Forest, Nature Walk

70 Points

This maximizes your DPS and allows you to heal while DPSing. Combat Arts have .5 second casts, allowing you to be DPS effectively while casting your HoTs. The AGI and STA lines encompass all the necessary skills for improved healing.

Dirge Spec - Bard Tree, in order
STA - 4, 4, 4, 8
WIS - 4, 4, 6, 8, 2
AGI - 4, 1
INT - 4, 4, 4, 8

This is as far as I've figured for Dirge. Most importantly to a melee group is the 8 points in the STA line for Fortissimo, which is a group buff giving +10% Double Attack chance and the WIS End-Line ability, increasing your groups Crit chance for melee, ranged, CA and Spell by 7.5% across the board.
