Hi,

I'd inially dual boxed more just to take advantage of the RAF bonus. I used my main to boost 2 accounts from 1-60. I did it so that I had one of every class at 60 (apart from my main at 80). I then levelled up a pally solo who is now 80 and def capped.

I'm now thinking of properly dual boxing a 2 man team from 60 to 80. I was thinking that a BM Hunter with a T-Rex along with a boomkin would be a pretty good team. Both are ranged...plus the T-Rex should in theory be tanking to keep the aggro. The boomkin would have some ability to heal in a pinch. However this healing thing got me thinking that an ele shaman with the boomkin would also be a good combo...although they wouldn't have a tank, they'd have more utility for healing and more group buffs.

I was wondering what the thoughts of the furum were on this subject. ?(

The ele sham and boomkin would probly be easier to manage, similar spell cast times etc, plus you can always use treants and elementals to zerg mobs lol

I second the boomkin + elemental shammy vote.

I'm currently dual-boxing (non-RAF /cry) a prot pally/holy priest duo up to 80, once the pally is 80 the power of my existing 80's bankroll will get her def-capped right away. Then I'm going to RAF a 3rd account from my 2nd account (pally is on the main (1st) account) and RAF-instance boost all the remaining classes to 60.

Once that's done I've already planned out my dual-box teams to dual-box from 60-80 and elem shammy + boomkin is one of them:
1. rogue + warlock
2. boomkin + elem shammy
3. warrior + mage

If you do go with a hunter - go BM with a Tenacity pet and get Thunderstomp - AOE tanking FTW.

The small extra DPS of a raptor isn't nearly as good as the aggro generation and AOE tanking and all around damage mitigation of a tenacity pet. First rule is stay alive...

When I said T-Rex, I meant the big devilsaur things from Un Goro...not a raptor.

Team 1 and 3 sounds quite hard to do, I would've thought it would've thought that a lock+mage team would be better. My main is a lock...I imagine that an affliction lock with either felhound or imp out would work pretty well with a frost mage.

OK, I've pretty much decided that it'll be an ele shammy and bal druid.

The buffs will be great and as has been pointed out, cast times are similiar so should lend itself pretty well.

Have to admit though, I did enjoy my enhancement shaman. I had actually solod him from 1-60 with no RAF and no boosting.....I'll miss playing him as enhancement.
