Saving window positions across disable/enable of Addons?

Hello. Several addons (such as Jamba, Smartbuff, TomTom, Recount, TargetLog) do not save window information across a Disable/Enable cycle. Most other addons do. TargetLog resets to the upper left of screen. The others that reset go to screen center. Still others (AutoBar, etc) preserve their window locations.

Just to go into more detail: Sometimes I need to log into alts quickly, so I disable addons to make WoW load faster. When I'm done, I enable the addons, and when I enter game I'm presented with a cluster of addon windows in the center of my screen.
