Currently dual boxing orc shaman in Ghostlands. Lvl 21. Very hard to kill more than 1 mob at a time and am drinking a lot. I know I should get more spells/totems but money is short. I got LB and nuke totem max but still hard to kill a 20 elite. Since there are 4 different mobs to kill at this spot in the Tour Guide, maybe some of the more expierenced Shaman can throw out Ideas.

I put one's Talant in ENH and the other in ELE.

For the Horde

Do you melee? At low levels I found my shaman went OOM constantly as well. I started turning on melee for single mobs while healing stream totems kept my health up. On multiple mobs I would drop Stone Claws to occupy them while I burned them down as quickly as possible till there was only 1 left and then I would melee.

You might want to pick up the mana reduction for totems talent as well, 5 points in resto I think.

If your elemental you should never have points in resto even if to reduce totem cost because theres only 2 totems that "should" be dropped every fight and thats mana spring and ToW

Dude, he is level 21, he doesn't even get Mana Spring till 26 and Mana Spring only helps when you know you are going to be standing still long enough to get more mana back than it cost you to cast it in the first place and you only get Totemic Call at level 30.

For 5 points in Totemic Focus talent you get a 25% mana cost reduction on your totems, if you drop a lot of totems then this will save you a crapload of mana.

Don't have my water totem yet. I remember it being hard on my first solo shaman, needed to boost him to get it. I did see that water shield helps with mana, might get that on the other toon also. I normal rotation is LB (to pull), drop totems, LB and finish with melee.

For eatrh, I drop stoneskin on one and stoneclaw(is that the slowing one?), and both drop searing totem.

Always have Water Shield up on both. It is free to cast and it restores extra mana if you get hit.

Earthbind is the slowing one. Stoneclaw totems will taunt and stun mobs when they are attacked, so when you are fighting more than 1 mob drop 2 Stoneclaws to taunt/stun the mobs you are not fighting and then burn them down 1 by 1 as quickly as you can.

so for now, swap my earth totem keys to 2 stoneclaw, and maybe stoneskin/earthbind for the other. I hate runners.

Yes, when it was working nicely, I was ending a fight at 75% mana compared to 0-10% using watershield on one toon.

Anyone got tips on Kel'gash the Wicked? I saw one using LoS, maybe with Earthbind and running around the hut?
